The Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay is hereby directed to distribute and/or pay over the amount out of the sale proceeds of the flat in Vaibhav Building, Breach Candy which is lying deposited with the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay to the parties and in the ratio as more particularly mentioned in Annexure "I" to the Notice of Motion within a period of two weeks from the date hereof.

The ofÏce of the Court Receiver to act on the authenticated copy of this order duly issued by the ofÏce.
