Perused the Report dated 17-02-2015. The Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), which are reproduced hereunder : (a) Whether the Court Receiver should release balance payment to M/s. P.H.Baldota and Co., against their invoice No.12 and 13 dated 28/12/12 for a sum of Rs.1,74,720/- AND to M/s. Nadkarni and Co., against their Bill No.3309 dated 10-02-2014 for a sum of Rs.2,02,810/- as the Petitioner has already deposited aforesaid amount in the Suit account; 2.

The Report is accordingly disposed of.
