The plaintiff, purely by way of an indulgence as and by way of last chance, is granted time to remove all office objections on or before 7th January 2017, failing which the suit will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. The plaintiff is also put to notice that no further time to remove office objections on any ground whatsoever will be granted or any application for extension will be entertained by this Court.
