It is stated by the petitioner's advocate, on instructions, that the copies of the cross-examination in terms of the order passed by this court on a writ petition, which was filed and particularly the writ petition of Mr. Lalit Kumar Modi, have been provided. Till date six out of the eight transcripts, in relation to the cross-examination of the persons whose statements were relied upon to issue the show cause notices are provided to the petitioners. The balance will also be provided is the understanding between the parties.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. There would be no order as to costs.
