The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the fresh election of the Board of Directors of the Respondent No.2 for the period 2014-15 to 2019-20 was held on 6 April 2015 by the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune City, Pune. The order dated 6 April 2015 declaring the election results is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In the circumstances, the Petition is rendered infructuous. The Petition shall accordingly stand disposed of as infructuous. The Notice of Motion does not survive and shall also stand disposed of. (A.A. SAYED, J.) katkam 1/1
