Perused the above Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Application, the above Application is allowed to amend the Scheme to the extent of changing the address of the Transferee Company from 602 / 603, Prasad Chambers, Opera House, Mumbai - 400004 to DE 9012A (Entrance from DC), Bharat Diamond Bourse, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400051. The Applicant is also allowed to carry out consequential amendments.
