Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the respondents have been served. He also invited my attention to an email dated 15th February, 2018 from the respondent no.3 to the learned arbitrator requesting for extension of time. Eighteen months are expiring on 1st March, 2018. The matter is at the stage of admissibility of the documents. Learned arbitrator is granted six months extension to make an award from 2nd March, 2018. The parties are directed to co-operate with each other and also with the learned arbitrator in rendering an award within the extended period. 2.
It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. 1/2

The commercial arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
