The petitioners seek direction to mutate their names in the relevant property register card.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and respondents.

The Authority where the application fled by the petitioners is pending has to take up and decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law of course by adhering to the procedure as prescribed.

In case, the application fled by the petitioners i.e. on 2nd November 2020 for mutating the names of the petitioners in the relevant property record is pending with respondent No.2, the respondent No.2 shall take decision on Gaikwad RD 1/2

It is made clear that we have not considered and decided the contentions of the parties on merits. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
