After some hearing Mr Shankar for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file fresh proceedings against Respondent No. 1, if maintainable and permissible in law and if there is a cause of action. He also states that as regards his cargo on board vessel ABJ Jai which is presently at Chittagong, Bangladesh, the Petitioners will make appropriate application to the court in Bangaladesh for release of their cargo from any claim or lien sought to be exercised by any of the Respondents.
