Counsel for Applicants. Affidavit in Support reveals that Ld. Advocate for Applicant was under bonafide belief that there is no objection raised by Office, which required compliance.

As Ld. A. G. P. has given no objection and none appeared on behalf of Respondent No. 2, contention of the Applicant needs to be accepted. Hence, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
