Therefore, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Court Receiver discharged without passing off accounts. The counsel for petitioner undertakes to pay all the charges of the Court Receiver that is outstanding within two weeks of receiving a communication from the Court Receiver. The undertaking is accepted. The Court Receiver to hand over possession to the person from whom they have taken possession.
