Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has instructed the learned counsel to apply for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file fresh petition on the same cause of action. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 6 and 8 states that if all contentions of the respondents are kept open, he has no objection if leave is granted as prayed. Statement is accepted.
