He has placed on record the copy of the said list. He submits that the petitioner's name is at Serial No.161 of the said list. The said list is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 1/2

In view of the aforesaid statement keeping all other contentions open, we allow the petitioner to withdraw this petition.
