After hearing this matter for some time, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 6 has taken instructions from the Legal Manager of Respondent No.1 and makes a solemn statement that the inquiry initiated against the Petitioner would be completed within a period of one month from today. The statement is accepted.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement that he has already preferred two applications dated 8th September 2014 and 7th May 2015, copies of which are annexed to this Petition at Exhibits "O" and "Q" 1/2 CONPW-22-16.doc

respectively, for getting copies of certain documents. However, Respondents have not given copies of the documents sought under the said applications. We, therefore, direct the Enquiry Officer to take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's applications. 3.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that, the grievance of the Petitioner, at present, is redressed. The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
