Pursuant to the notice issued by the Official Assignee, Mr.Navin G.Hotkar, appeared in court and states that he has already deposited his passport with the Official Assignee. He has also attended the meeting for private examination on the last date and has agreed to appear before the Official Assignee whenever called and will co-operate with the Official Assignee. Statement is accepted. 2.

Mr.Navin Hotkar shall submit all the documents as and when called for by the Official Assignee for the purpose of private examination without fail and shall comply with all requisitions as are made or would be made by the Official Assignee.

In case the insolvent does not co-operate with the Official Assignee or does not comply with the requisitions made by the Official Assignee, the Official Assignee will be at liberty to file a fresh rule nisi. 4.

Insolvency Rule Nisi No.1 of 2017 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (R.D.DHANUKA, J.)
