ORDER :

By this Interim Application the Applicant is seeking permission to amend the Plaint and proceedings in terms of Schedule annexed to the Application.

The Applicant has stated that there is a typographical and inadvertent mistake in the name of Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 in the cause title of the Plaint as well as additional address is required to be inserted of Defendant No.1 in the cause title of the Plaint. There is also change to be made in the name of the road forming part of the address of Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 in the cause title of the Plaint. 1/2

Having considered the proposed amendment in the Schedule annexed to the Interim Application, Notice to be given to the Defendants is dispensed with.

The relief sought for in the Interim Application is granted. Hence, the following is passed :

(i) The Applicants/Plaintiffs are permitted to amend the Plaint in terms of the Schedule annexed to the Interim Application.

(ii) The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.

(iii)Re-verification is dispensed with.
