We have perused the judgment delivered by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai in Original Application (O.A.) No. 821 of 2010 dated 9th April, 2015. It is observed by us that the petitioner has been granted the requisite pay scales from time to time and there is no prejudice caused to the petitioner. The well reasoned judgment delivered by the Tribunal need not be interfered with in exercise of our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition being devoid of substance, stands rejected. No order as to costs.
