---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 7.2.2017 P.C.:- Ms.Daver appearing for the defendant states that her instructions from the defendant is that he will consent for renewal of passport of minor son Rayaan. Ms.Daver states that the consent in writing will be handed over to the advocate for the applicant during the course of this week i.e., on or before 5.00 P.M. on 10.2.2017. Ms.Daver also assures that defendant has assured her that apart from giving consent letter if there is any further steps required to be taken by the defendant as the father of the minor son for the purpose of renewal of the passport, the defendant will co-operate and that also will be timely without dragging his feet. Statement accepted. Notice of Motion accordingly disposed.
