Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner-Society would make separate representations to (1) MHADA in respect of allotment of the subject Tit Bit land to the Petitioner-Society and (2) Senior Inspector of Police,Goregaon (West) Police Station in respect of the alleged illegal activities being carried out at the said Tit Bit land.

If such representation is made to MHADA, within 2 weeks from today, the same shall be decided by MHADA within ten weeks from the receipt of the representation. Insofar as the representation to the Senior Inspector of Police, Goregaon (West) Police Station is concerned, if such representation is made by the Petitioner-Society within a period one week from today, appropriate action shall be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of the representation.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

List the Writ Petition for Direction on 11th January 2022. An Afdavit of compliance shall be fled by Senior Inspector of Police, Goregaon (West) Police Station. (ABHAY AHUJA, J.) (A. A. SAYED, J.)
