This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act (the said Act) for appointment of Arbitrator. 2.
By consent, Mr.Ankit Lohia, Advocate practicing in this court, having his office at Prospect Chamber, 1st Floor, Fort, Mumbai, Mobile No.9821125936, is appointed as sole Arbitrator to decide on all claims and disputes and differences arising out of, in connection with and in relation to the agreement dated 3.4.2013, copy whereof is at Exh.A to the application, including counter claim if any. 3.
All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open to be raised before the sole Arbitrator, except to question the jurisdiction of the Arbitrator to decide the dispute arising out of the agreement dated 3.4.2013.

The parties shall share the Arbitrator's fees, expenses, administration charges and typing charges if any, equally and the same shall be cost in the arbitral proceeding. 5.
Arbitrator to make disclosure in writing directly to the parties as required under Section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the said Act within two weeks of receiving communication from either of the parties forwarding a copy of this order.
