Mr. Deshpande for defendant no.2 states that the chamber summons has also not been served. This chamber summons is for restoring the execution application no.511 of 2000, which came to be dismissed under Rule 498 of the High Court, Original Side Ruls, and for condonation of delay of 11 years, 7 months and 17 days, in taking out this chamber summons.
