Counsel for the petitioner stated at the outset that he is not pressing for further reduction of amount to grant stay against the recovery as is provided by the Tribunal in the impugned judgment. He however requested that the appellate authority before whom the appeal is pending, may proceed expeditiously to decide the same. 2.

In view of the statement, no further directions need to be issued in this petition. We expect that the appellate authority to consider the appeal as early as possible, looking to the work load before him and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
