Prayer clause (a) of the Petition seeks a direction to Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority ("MahaRERA") to take up out of turn the Petitioner's Complaint No 197088 and to dispose it of in a time bound schedule. We do not pass orders of this kind. All these authorities and tribunals are as it is facing backlogs. It is open to the Petitioner to make an application before that Authority.

There is no question of the same being decided by either the Slum Rehabilitation Authority ("SRA") or its Executive Engineer 1st March 2024
