Perused Schedule. As per Schedule, Claimant is seeking to amend address of Respondent for attaching one-third salary of Smita Vijay Kamble and Pagare Aruna Narayan.

Perused Affidavit in Support of Chamber Order. As per said Affidavit, at the time of attempting execution of Warrant of Attachment of salary of said persons, it was informed to the bailiff that there were no such premises of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., where said Smita Vijay Kamble and Pagare Aruna Narayan were working.

Today, Mr. Nilesh Patkar, Legal Representative of Claimant tenders Additional Affidavit dated 28th March 2018.

It is, inter alia, mentioned in the said Additional Affidavit that Claimant has found new office address of Opponent Nos. 1 and 3 which is situated at WR MD, G9, Indian Oil Bhavan, Ali Yavar Jung Marg, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051. The said address is mentioned in Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. The said Additional Affidavit is taken on file.
