Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Effort is to point out mismanagement in the public trust and therefore, direction to respondent no. 2 to take charge as a administrator of the trust. 2.

Learned AGP for respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that the petitioners have to first make appropriate application in that respect before the competent authority and then come to this Court. Hence, without observing anything on merits, we grant the petitioners leave to move competent authority under the Bombay Public Trust Act as per law. Needless to record that all their contentions are kept open. Accordingly present petition is disposed of.
