For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the Chamber Order is allowed and the Plaintiff is allowed to carry out the amendments in the Plaint and other proceedings as set out in the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.

A copy of the amended Plaint shall be served on the Defendants including newly added Defendants and / or their Advocates. 4.
