By a separate order passed by this court in Arbitration Petition No.479 of 2019, this court has admitted the arbitration petition. Notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) on the condition that the applicant deposits the principal amount awarded by the learned arbitrator in this court within four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the amount is not deposited in this court within the time prescribed, the stay granted by this court to stand vacated without further reference to court. If the amount is deposited by the applicant as directed aforesaid, the same shall be invested by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master of this court in the fixed deposit of a nationalized bank for a period of two years depending upon the pendency of this petition.

Notice of motion is made absolute on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The applicant would be at liberty to file compilation of the pleadings and documents forming part of the record before the learned arbitrator within four weeks from today with a copy to be served upon the respondents' advocate.
