This Motion has been taken out for condonation of 1 / 2 August 30, 2018

16-NMA-260-18.doc 201 days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order dated 21st June 2016 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. Shrikant Shah dated 20th February 2018 in support of the Motion sets out. The reason for the delay in filing the Appeal as set out therein is the time taken in prosecution of the rectification Application from the order dated 21st June 2016 of the Tribunal. 3.

Shri. Dhananjay Deshmukh, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent does not oppose this Application. 4.

In the above view, Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
