At the outset, as requested by the counsel for the plaintiff on instructions, the suit is dismissed as against defendant nos.2,3 and 7 for want of prosecution.

As regards the defendant nos.1,4,5 and 6, they have entered into consent terms dated 25th April, 2016 with the plaintiff. The consent terms is signed by the plaintiff, defendant nos.1,4,5 and 6 and their respective advocates. The same is taken on record and Gauri Gaekwad

The undertakings given in the consent terms by the parties are accepted and so ordered. The suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms against defendant nos.5 and 6.

All interim applications also stand disposed. Refund, if any, of court fees in accordance with rules. All parties to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Associate of this court.
