By this Chamber Summons, applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 26 days in filing the Caveat and affidavit in support thereof. For the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the affidavit in support, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out. Hence, Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
