The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Managing Director of the Applicant and the Secretary of the Respondent Society. A true copy of the Resolution authorizing the Secretary of the Respondent Society to execute the Consent Terms dated 21st September, 2015 is also placed on record. In view thereof, the above Arbitration Application is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X'.
