The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.8 and 9 has tendered on record consent terms filed in the Suit No.1475 of 2009 in the City Civil Court. The said suit was filed by the petitioner to which the present respondent Nos.8 and 9 are the first and second defendants. A copy of the consent terms and the order passed by the City Civil Court is taken on record and marked `C-1' for identification.

Perused the clause (5) of the consent terms.

In view of clause (5) of the

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
