I have separately previously granted leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. This petition seeks leave under Order II Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 to omit to sue the 1st Respondent in regard to the Plaintiff's further and additional share in the HUF and associated reliefs.
