Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

The General Manager, West Central Railway having his headquarters at Jabalpur shall appoint an Arbitrator in terms of clause 2900 of Standard Conditions of Contract within a period of four weeks from today.

ii.

The West Central Railway shall not invoke the following bank guarantees issued by the Petitioner until the learned Arbitrator passes his Award and for a period of six weeks thereafter if the Award is adverse to the Petitioner :
