Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

(a) that the delay of 1 year and 1 month approximately in taking out this Chamber Summons be condoned;

(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct that the deceased Defendant Nos.6, 9, 12, 13 and 14 be deleted as parties to the Suit ;

Amendments to be carried out on or before 6th July, 2015. Reverification is dispensed with. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
