Ms.Vedpathak, Advocate appearing for the defendant states that the defendant submits to decree in this suit in terms of prayer clause (aa), which reads as under :

"(aa) That the defendants be ordered and decreed to pay to the plaintiff a sum of Rs.16,49,97,778.67 as per particulars of claim hereto annexed and marked Exhibit 'G' with further interest at the rate of 16.5% per annum from 3rd June 1991 till payment of realisation." The suit, therefore, accordingly stands decreed. The registry to draw decree accordingly.

No order as to costs.
