Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.
Perused the order dated 14th June, 2017. In terms of the said order, the fourth Respondent has placed on record a copy of L.C. Suit No. 264 of 2015 filed by the Petitioner in the City Civil Court, which is stated to be pending.
We have perused the plaint. We find that the reliefs claimed in the plaint are in substance the same as the reliefs claimed by way of this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2 wp 1727-13=.doc In view of the pendency of the suit filed by the Petitioner for claiming similar reliefs, we decline to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The petition is accordingly rejected. All contentions on merits are kept open.
