1. The petition is presented under the provisions Section 58 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children). The proposed adoptive parents have expressed their desire to adopt female minor child Dipti a.k.a Tiara Vishal Bahl. The minor was abandoned child said to born on 18th March, 2015. The child has been declared free for adoption by the Child Welfare 1/2 1.iap-24-20 wadhwa

Committee on 3rd December, 2019. The prospective adoptive parents are 50 and 48 years respectively. They have no biological or adopted children. The child is presently in safe custody of Asha Sadan. The minutes of the adoption committee dated 28th February, 2020 is at Exhibit A. Both adoptive parents have been counseled. Medical reports of the child as well as prospective adoptive parents ae attached, proof of income is also attached so as to home study report and joint study report. Perused home study report dated 15th March, 2017 and joint study report dated 4th March, 2020.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the view that the petition is liable to be allowed.

3. In view thereof, Judge's order is signed separately. this Court.
