By this application, the applicant (original disputant) is seeking extension of returnable date of warrant of sale of immovable property. 2.

This Court has perused the contents of the application and a case is indeed made out for granting extension of returnable date. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause a, which reads as follows:

"a.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the returnable date of Warrant of Sale of Immovable Property under Order XXI Rule 64 of Civil Procedure Code 1908 from 16th day of February, 2023 to 16th day of February, 2024;" 4.

Consequently, the returnable date of warrant of sale of immovable properties is extended to 16.02.2024.
