Though not listed, by consent taken up for hearing. Heard the Counsel and considered the affidavit in support. From the affidavit in support, it does appear that Advocates of Petitioner are taking the blame upon themselves. In my view, this thing could happen and for default on the part of the Advocates, the parties should not suffer. Therefore, petition is restored to file.
Mr. Mody states that petitioner should be put to terms. Therefore, petitioner to give donation of Rs.10,000/- to Kerala Chief Minister Distress Relief Fund, Account Number : 67319948232, Bank : State Bank of India, Branch : City Sneha Chavan 1/2

After the petition was dismissed, it has been advertised by the Registry in 'Free Press Journal' and 'Nav-Shakti'. Therefore, Petitioner to advertise in 'Free Press Journal' and 'Nav-Shakti' this order, restoring the petition as per the format prescribed by the office of the Company Registrar within one week from today. Petitioner shall also deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay within one week from today.
