There is a common praecipe filed in all these petitions, 39 in total, whereby leave to withdraw all these petitions has been sought and a further leave to file fresh petitions at appropriate time has also been sought. This is what learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in all these petitions also prays for. Leave to withdraw the petitions can be granted and liberty to file fresh petitions can be granted only upon a fresh cause of action.
