Learned Counsel for the Respondents states that the matter pertains to MTNL and in view of the Notification issued by the Central Government in exercise of powers under section 14 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, MTNL has been added in the list of Government of India Undertakings, which are within the purview of the jurisdiction exercised by the Central Administrative Tribunal. She has pointed out that in the similar matter of Shri Supravat Madan Mandal v/s. Union of India and ors. (Writ Petition No.1219 of 2002), this Court by an order dated 4 March 2014 had transferred the matter to the Central Administrative Tribunal. Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

In the circumstances, the Petition be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal. Office to act accordingly. Office shall also intimate the Petitioner in writing of the transfer of the Petition to the Central Administrative Tribunal. So far as this Court is concerned, the matter be treated as disposed of.
