Learned Counsel inform the court that the disputes between the parties, which form part of the company petition, have been settled out of court. The Consent Terms are executed between the parties, which will be tendered before the sole arbitrator, who is hearing an arbitration reference between the parties. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition in view of these Consent Terms. A copy of the Consent Terms executed between the parties is tendered by learned Counsel.
