Kulkarni under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII, 1827. by Atul G.

Gangabai was survived by her son, the Petitioner, and two married daughters. She had another daughter, Kamal Suresh Koli, who died before her. Kamal's two sons, Mangesh Suresh Koli and Rajesh Suresh Koli, are therefore also heirs. 17th February 2021

All the heirs have consented. The heirship certificate is required to transfer an Excise license.

There is no other petition for a Succession Certificate, Letters of Administration with or without Will Annexed or Probate. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.
