None appears on behalf of the Revenue in support of the Notice of Motion. On the last occasion i.e. on 6th February, 2015, Mr. Suresh Kumar had appeared for the Revenue. On specific query made, Mr. Suresh Kumar informs us that he has no instructions, though he had informed the concerned Officers about this pending motion. 2.

It appears that the Revenue is not interested in pursuing the present Notice of Motion.
