1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner tendered the draft of Judges Order along with Affidavit of Applicant namely Nicholas and petitioner Sangeeta, affirmed on 22nd April, 2023, copy of the grant issued on 29th September, 2017, copy of acknowledgment sleep given on 22nd November, 2017, copy of letter issued by the Testamentary Department on 07th December, 2017, copy of Adhaar Card of Nicholas on Sangeeta and Vakalatnama dated 22nd April, 2023.

2. I have gone through the earlier Judges Order, having JOT No.52 of 2017 in T. P. No. 532 of 2016, granted on 03rd July, 2017. As per said Judges Order, the petitioner was directed to transfer the property in the name of minor as well as herself and thereafter, to deposit the title deed with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court, until further order. Now, petitioner is prayed to return the said original title deed, as minor Nicholas has attended the age of majority.

There are certain corrections which are required to be carried out by the petitioner in order to bring the draft of the Judge's Order in appropriate format.

Ld. Advocate to carry out these corrections in the draft and submit it along with documents to the office to initial the same for further registration JOT. 5.
