There was an order passed on the Judge's Order on 9th by Shephali Mormare Date: 2021.03.23 10:48:46 +0530 March 2021 to take inventory of Safe Deposit Locker No. 653 at the State Bank of India, Malad Branch. It seems that Petitioner No. 3 is unavailable from 23rd to 26th March 2021 and is therefore unable to attend the inventory on 26th March 2021 at that bank. This appointment is already fixed and a gold valuer has already been nominated to be present at the time of inventory. Petitioner No. 3 has consented that, on her behalf, her husband will accompany the other two Petitioners Nos. 1 and 2. Petitioner No. 1 himself is to 22nd March 2021

P1-JOT3-21.DOC travel overseas on the very next date, 27th March 2021, and is likely to be away for some time.
