Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder :
"(a) Whether the Court Receiver should make payment of Rs.1,12,360/- against the bill submitted for the said amount by the Valuer - M/s. Amol Bora and Company for carrying out the valuation of movable property.
(c) Cost of this report be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit same with the Court Receiver. "

The dues of the Court Receiver including costs shall be paid by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
