Heard. The Applicant claims to be a Creditor. The Company was ordered to be wound up on 7th May 2010. The Applicant states that the Company is indebted to her in a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/-. However, she was Sharayu.

18-CAL-170-16.doc unaware that she is required to lodge a claim before the Official Liquidator within the time specified. The Affidavit of Proof of Debt is also required to be filed. She has set out the reasons for the delay in Affidavit in Support. Considered the same, the Company Application deserves to be allowed. The Company Application is absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Liquidator is directed to adjudicate upon the Affidavit of Proof of Debt.
