When this petition was placed before us, Mr. Jetly, appearing on behalf of the respondents, placed on record a copy of the communication from the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit and signed by its Deputy Director. That is addressed to the Branch Manager, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Fort Branch, Mumbai and the Branch Manager of Axis Bank, Sanpada Branch, Navi Mumbai. This

In the light of this communication, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. The writ petition is, therefore, allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. There will be no order as to costs.
